Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Enorza Software Solutions (“Enorza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through enorza.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you depending on where you live. It applies to visitors in the European Union (EU/EEA), the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Canada, as well as anywhere else the Site is accessed.
1. Who we are
Enorza Software Solutions is a software and AI systems studio. For the purposes of data protection law, Enorza is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@enorza.com with any question or request related to your data.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact requests. If you message us via WhatsApp or email (for example by clicking a “Book a call” button or emailing hello@enorza.com), we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number or email address, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter sign-up. If you submit your email address to subscribe to updates, we collect that email address so we can send you the updates you asked for.
Information collected automatically
Like virtually every website, basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested) is processed automatically by our hosting infrastructure as part of serving the Site and keeping it secure. The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles from this data.
Cookies
We do not currently set cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law (for example under the UK/EU rules on cookies), request your consent first.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To send newsletter updates you have opted into.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing (EU/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for newsletter emails, which you can withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you initiate, and keeping the Site secure), and, where relevant, taking pre-contractual steps at your request before entering into a services agreement with you.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who host and run the Site on our behalf (for example our hosting/infrastructure provider), acting under contract and only as needed to provide that service.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.)— if you click a “Book a call” button, you are taken to WhatsApp to start a chat with us directly. That conversation is hosted by WhatsApp and governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.
- Authorities or advisors, where required to comply with the law or protect our rights.
6. International data transfers
Because our service providers operate global infrastructure, your data may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, including outside the EEA or UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards recognized by applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep your data protected to the same standard.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and newsletter data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — generally, until you ask us to delete it, unsubscribe, or until it’s no longer relevant to an active or prospective engagement, whichever comes first.
8. Your privacy rights
European Union & European Economic Area (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
United Kingdom (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018)
You have the same set of rights as above, and may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
United Arab Emirates (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on PDPL)
You have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access and obtain a copy of it, to request correction or erasure, to object to or restrict processing, and to request data portability, subject to the exceptions set out in the PDPL.
United States
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request its deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data. We do not sell or share your personal data as those terms are defined under these laws.
Canada (PIPEDA)
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to challenge its accuracy. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
To exercise any of the rights above, regardless of where you live, contact us at hello@enorza.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is directed at businesses and professionals. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services we don’t control, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Their own privacy policies govern any data you share with them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
